SAWS is proposing several changes to watering hours, drip irrigation days, drought enforcement, and Stage 3 surcharges – changes that could go into effect this spring. SAWS representatives presented the proposed changes at last week’s Helotes City Council meeting. The presentation and discussion with Mayor Whitehead and our City Council members were informative.
